We work with boards and executive teams who require a clear, independently objective view of governance, operational, regulatory, and compliance risk. We partner with organisations operating in environments where regulatory scrutiny, reputational exposure, and stakeholder trust are heightened.
Havn Consultancy was established to provide independent judgment where traditional consulting methods create conflicts between review and delivery. We do not implement, remediate, or manage internal change, that remains with you. This separation allows us to deliver assessments that boards can rely on with ease and confidence.
Our work combines legal and regulatory understanding with deep operational and workforce risk experience and knowledge. We look beyond the existence of frameworks and policies to assess whether they are likely to function in practice, including under enormous pressure.
