What We Offer

Havn Consultancy offers a variety of commercially relevant services, specifically and uniquely tailored for each client. We understand clients have different needs, and a blanket service cannot be provided. We aim to bridge this gap.

  • We assess governance structures, decision-making processes, accountabilities, and oversight mechanisms to determine whether they are fit for purpose and operating as intended. Our reviews focus on board effectiveness, clarify responsibility, and align governance design and organisational risk.

  • We review key operational risk exposures, controls, and management practices to assess whether risks are appropriately identified, understood, and managed accordingly. This includes consideration of workforce planning, systems, process, and execution risk.

  • We assess compliance frameworks, monitoring, and reporting arrangements to determine whether compliance obligations are likely to be met and sustained. Our role is not to certify compliance, but to provide boards and executives with confidence in the adequacy of management assurance.

  • We undertake independent reviews commissioned following court or regulatory appointed action, litigation, or enforceable undertakings where independence, defensibility and clarity are critical.

  • We conduct independent reviews of annual reports to assess whether the disclosures are complete, accurate, and aligned with regulatory and stakeholder expectations. Our reviews examine the clarity of reporting across financial, operational, governance, and compliance domains. This service provides boards and executives with confidence that their annual reporting presents a true and balance account of performance.

  • Practical, ongoing governance and Company Secretary support to strengthen board rhythms, improve clarity, and reduce leadership load.
