Mads Kjaer

Managing Director

Mads is a commercial lawyer and governance professional with an extensive background in legal, risk, and regulatory compliance across both private practice and in-house environments. He brings a practical, commercially focused approach to advising boards, executives, and senior leaders on navigating complex regulatory frameworks while achieving strategic business outcomes.

With over four years combined experience in legal and compliance roles, Mads has worked across law firms and large corporate environments, developing expertise in regulatory operations, risk management, and corporate governance. His experience spans advising on competition and consumer law, pecuniary penalty risk, contract negotiation, and compliance program design, enabling clients to manage risk proactively while maintain operational efficiency.

As Managing Director, Mads is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction, governance oversight, and risk assurance services. His role includes advising boards on regulatory and compliance matters, liaising with regulatory such as ASIC and the ACCC, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the firm and its clients meet their statutory and governance obligations. Known for his clear, pragmatic advice, Mads works closely with clients to translate legal and regulatory complexity into actionable solutions.

Mads holds a Master of Laws specialising in commercial law, together with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southern Queensland, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law Australia, and is admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.

Adam Mulcahy

Director

Adam is an experienced workforce planning and operations professional with more than a decade of experience across government, private enterprise, and business process outsourcing environments. He brings deep expertise in workforce optimisation, operational planning, and customer-centric service delivery, supporting boards and executives to improve their commercial efficiency, resilience, and service outcomes.

With a background that includes senior roles within the Australian Taxation Office and other large scale organisations, Adam brings first-hand experience in operating within highly regulated frameworks where transparency, control, and integrity are critical. His early exposure to high-volume service delivery, shaped his strong understanding of operational risk, assurance, and governance. Through his work, he has advised organisations on governance frameworks for outsourced and offshore workforces, including risk controls, service accountability, performance management, and compliance oversight.

Adam is an ordinary board member of the Australian Customer Experience Professionals Association, where he contributes to thought leadership on governance, capability, and commercial operating models. His qualifications across business management, security and risk management, and training and assessment reinforce his practical, multidisciplinary approach to governance and assurance.

Known for his structured and commercially-centric style, Adam supports boards and senior leaders to translate governance principles into operational reality, ultimately strengthens internal commercial controls and clarifying accountability.

He is also a Master of Business Administration student at RMIT.
