Mads Kjaer
Managing Director & Company Secretary
Mads is an accomplished legal, risk, and compliance professional with domestic and international experience across retail operations, consumer products, housing and construction, and legal sectors.
Mads currently also serves as a Group Product Compliance Specialist for Super Retail Group Limited (ASX: SUL) where he is responsible for 2nd line assurance of all new products being introduced to the Group from a risk and compliance perspective. Prior to this, he served as the National Contracts and Compliance Advisor for the Housing Industry Association Limited. He also held several roles within the internal legal team of National Storage REIT (ASX: NSR), and spent time as a Lawyer for Brisbane based, Helix Legal Pty Ltd.
He was also previously a non-executive director of The Aussie Hands Foundation Incorporated where he guided the Foundation’s risk and compliance functions. He was also a member of the Institute of Community Directors Australia.
Mads holds a Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and Master of Laws (Commercial Law).
Adam Mulcahy
Executive Director & Principal Consultant
Adam is an Executive Director and Principal Consultant of Havn Consultancy, with senior experience across workforce planning, operational performance and organisational governance in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Adam has held senior management roles across every level of government, not-for-profit and ASX-listed organisations, with responsibility for workforce strategy, planning systems, performance analysis and organisational decision support. His experience includes leading large-scale workforce planning initiatives, implementing enterprise workforce systems and supporting executive teams in translating strategy into operational reality.
He currently works in a senior workforce planning role within local government and has previously held leadership positions within listed retail and property organisations, as well as experience within highly regulated operational environments.
Adam has also served as a non-executive director of a not-for-profit organisation, working alongside fellow directors and executives to strengthen governance, risk awareness and organisational oversight. He has been a member of the Institute of Community Directors Australia.
At Havn Consultancy, Adam leads independent operational, risk and control effectiveness reviews. His work focuses on assessing how governance and risk frameworks operate in practice and providing clear, board-ready insight without assuming responsibility for implementation or remediation.
Adam is currently completing a Master of Business Administration at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).
