About Havn Consultancy

Havn Consultancy is a boutique advisory firm specialising in independent risk and governance assurance.

We work with boards and executive teams who require a clear, objective view of governance, operational and compliance risk, particularly in environments where regulatory scrutiny, reputational exposure or stakeholder trust are heightened.

Havn was established to provide independent judgment where traditional consulting models create conflicts between review and delivery. We do not implement, remediate or manage change. This separation allows us to deliver assessments that boards can rely on with confidence.

Our work combines legal and regulatory understanding with deep operational and workforce risk experience. We look beyond the existence of frameworks and policies to assess whether they are likely to function in practice, including under pressure or during periods of change.

Havn is intentionally small and senior-led. We undertake a limited number of engagements and are engaged where proportionate analysis, independence and judgment are required to support effective oversight.
